THE Toronto Police announced on Thursday that Murali Muthyalu, 37, a visitor from India who allegedly used an alias of Master Raghav, has been charged with practising witchcraft, extortion and fraud over $5,000.
It is alleged that during February and March, a man advertised his services as an astrologer and psychic. A 44-year-old man attended his business for psychic services and was told a sick family member had been the victim of an evil spirit. The man was charged $101,000 to remove this evil spirit.
Anyone having dealings with this man is requested to contact police.
